Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Humanity Lodge services. By booking a retreat or workshop, you agree to the rules and responsibilities outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Humanity Lodge organizes corporate retreats, team-building events, wellness seminars, and workshops in rural Ireland. We coordinate venue logistics, catering, and outdoor activities. All services are subject to availability and confirmed in writing.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate participant numbers, dietary requirements, and any medical conditions at least 14 days before the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring participants follow safety instructions during outdoor activities.

3. Payment and Cancellation

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment is due 30 days before the event. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

Humanity Lodge is not liable for injuries sustained during outdoor activities if participants fail to follow safety guidelines. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific event. We are not responsible for weather-related cancellations or changes beyond our control.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service to any client or participant who violates these terms, disrupts events, or poses a safety risk. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
